Content definition
Elevation model represents the terrain surface with mountains, valleys and even smaller height variations like hills. DEM enhances the life-like visualisation of reality. It helps the driver by confirming him visually the physical terrain, and he can immediately understand the surroundings
3D landmarks are realistic models of the famous buildings and monuments. They help navigation by providing orientation and visible reference points. Seeing landmarks on the navigation device makes visiting new places more interesting and fun.
Total number of 3D Landmarks in Western Europe is almost 2200, and 640 in EEU region.
3D city maps are representations of all buildings in selected cities. These are block models, generated from footprints and building heights. In many cities, the buildings are fully textured

Free quarterly map updates until the end of 2010 are included in the one-off purchase of a regional package of the application. All available regions are based on the updated 1.1 version of the application; consequently, they offer all new features, such as multi-point route calculation, navigation to iPhone contacts and music playback from the Quick menu.
